Within our robust reporting platform in TIMS, we offer a variety of self-service transaction reports with parameters such as date ranges, filters, and even transaction types! Need to know what properties were added or deleted within the last month? With a few simple clicks, TIMS® can generate these custom reports in just a few seconds. In addition to transaction reports, we also provide a portfolio snapshot report to quickly assess which properties are active and/or inactive in real-time. Being a direct-billed program, running account current, or aged receivable reports makes it easier than ever to ensure payments are being remitted timely.

Need to find the suggested replacement cost for a new location? No problem! TIMS houses a 360Value integration provided by Verisk with real-time valuations. We’ll automatically print and mail the respective documentation for any transaction processed in our system. We send documentation to all parties specified daily, thus eliminating this clerical need in your agency. With our direct integration to our online pay portal, payments can be initiated instantaneously with supporting receipt documentation.
