Frances Babicz

Frances Babicz has been at SES from the start and has an incredible capacity to retain intricate details about end-to-end processes and systems. Fran is responsible for the majority of the people and processes within the company and has an amazing ability to keep everyone organized, productive, and efficient with a singular purpose, delighting our clients. Frances Babicz enjoys the outdoors, hiking, running, walking, and spending time at the beach. She has completed several half marathons, Ragnar races—which are 200 mile relay races, and has accomplished a Spartan Trifecta.
